The institution is run by the Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education Society. The Deemed University is a self-financing University where the recurring and nonrecurring expenditures are met from the quantum of fund collected by means of tuition fee from the Students and contribution from the society. The fees structure is arrived with the recommendation of duly constituted committee consisting of educational experts and finance experts on the basis of recurring expenditures. Nonrecurring expenditures such as construction of building and development of infrastructure are from the management contribution.
