Department of Mechanical Engineering, NICHE, conducted one day workshop on “Role of energy” organised by energy Club of the mechanical department on 6/03/2023. This workshop was conducted in the smart classroom with an inaugural ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Rajesh/HOD of mechanical department delivered the welcome address. Then Dr. R. Perumalsamy academic delivered the presidential address and Dr.P.Thirumalvalavan registrar delivered the felicitation address. The resource person was Er Yadav Krishnan (CEO, P&G manufacturing industries Thiruvananthapuram) explain about the power electronics and various sources of energy. During his session he explained various solar energy sources, components and future trends. He had clarified the doubts of all the students.
