FAME Inauguration Function

The stage was set, and the atmosphere was filled with anticipation on the morning of October 12, 2023, as the FAME Inauguration Function commenced at the AC Auditorium. The event began with the ceremonial lighting of the traditional lamp, symbolizing the enlightenment that would follow. Dr. A.P. Majeed Khan, Chancellor of NICHE, then welcomed the esteemed audience. The audience was treated to a detailed report of FAME by Dr. A. Unni Krishnan, the FAME Coordinator, followed by the much-anticipated Presidential Address delivered by Dr. R. Perumalsamy, Pro-Chancellor (Academic) of NICHE. The day was graced by the presence of Mr. G. Simiyon, Assistant Director of MSME Development and Facilitation Office, Government of India, Ministry of MSME, Tirunelveli and Madurai, who delivered the Chief Guest Address. The event further celebrated the achievements of the office bearers and their dedication to FAME. Dr. R. Ramesh Palappan then concluded the event with a gracious Vote of Thanks. As the function came to a close, the audience united in singing the National Anthem, echoing the spirit of unity and progress that the FAME initiative represents.
