NICHE Students Shine at Science Expo with Aviation Innovations

NICHE students showcased outstanding achievements in aviation and engineering at the Science Expo hosted by Sree Chithirai Tirunal Residential School, Karakonam. Aeronautical Engineering students impressed the crowd with delivery drones and surveillance/photography drones—demonstrating creativity, advanced technical skills, and a passion for problem-solving. Aircraft Maintenance Engineering students highlighted the importance of safety and stability in flight by exhibiting aircraft control surfaces and explaining their real-world applications.​

With participation from numerous institutions and over 1,500–2,000 students in attendance, the event was a celebration of innovation and hands-on learning. NICHE’s students embodied the spirit of excellence and collaboration, reinforcing the university’s legacy as a leader in engineering education and aviation technology.
