IAS@22 Conclave 2026 – A Gateway to Civil Services Excellence

Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education, Kanyakumari, successfully hosted the IAS@22 Conclave 2026, inspiring young aspirants to begin their Civil Services journey right after Plus Two. The conclave was inaugurated by V. P. Joy, Former Chief Secretary of Kerala, who shared valuable insights on leadership, governance, and public service. The programme was further enriched by Abdul Salam, Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) officer, who guided participants on the opportunities, challenges, and preparation strategies required for a successful career in the Civil Services.

With the enthusiastic participation of more than 150 aspiring students, the conclave served as an inspiring platform for learning, interaction, and career guidance from experienced administrators. The event encouraged young minds to dream big, serve the nation, and prepare confidently for leadership roles in public administration.
