Hands-on Workshop on “Design of a Heart Rate Monitor Using Raspberry Pi Pico”

The Department of Biomedical Engineering at Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education successfully conducted a hands-on workshop on “Design of a Heart Rate Monitor Using Raspberry Pi Pico.” The workshop combined expert guidance with practical laboratory sessions, enabling students to gain real-world experience in biomedical instrumentation, embedded systems, and healthcare technology. Participants explored the design, development, and testing of heart rate monitoring systems, strengthening their technical expertise, innovation, and problem-solving abilities through experiential learning.
