One-Day Workshop on Case Analysis for MBA Students

The Faculty of Management Studies at NICHE conducted a one-day workshop on “Case Analysis” tailored for second-semester MBA students. The session was led by Mr. Sreejith T S, an expert from IIM-Indore, who served as the resource person. The workshop focused on equipping students with a structured approach to analyzing business cases, with the key takeaway being the essential steps to effectively dissect and interpret case studies. This practical training enhanced the analytical skills of the participants, preparing them for real-world business challenges.
